  Saint John’s 11th Annual Dinner Dance and Auction Fund Raiser

We're getting closer and closer to our 11th Annual Dinner Dance and Auction Fund Raiser!
This year we are celebrating 11 years of support to the future growth of Saint John's mission and facilities with a Big Band Night! The event will be held at the West Lake Inn in Patchogue on Friday, October 22nd from 7:00 PM until midnight. The objective of the evening is to strengthen our relationships with one another through an evening of fun and fellowship while raising funds to support the future growth of Saint John's mission and facilities.
You have received your Donation Packets by now so please consider donating an item that we can auction at the Dinner Dance. Anything including gift certificates, event tickets, a vacation opportunity and beyond is welcome! Be creative!! If you would like additional Save the Date postcards or Donation Packets for your friends and family not on our mailing list, they are available in the church office.
Raffle tickets for three (3) exciting prizes to be awarded the evening of the event are ON SALE NOW in the church office
1st Prize is $3000 in CASH!!!

2nd Prize a Winery Package for 6 including limousine, tastings at 3 North Fork wineries and a basket filled with wine & goodies

3rd Prize is a Sayville Restaurant Package including 3, $100 Gift Certificates to Local Restaurants!

Raffle tickets are $20 each (buy 5 get one free). In addition to being available in the church office, raffle tickets will be included in your invitation that you will receive this month.

Once again, we will offer our Early Bird Raffle. When you donate an item, buy a raffle ticket, advertise in the Auction Journal, and/or send in your Dinner Dance reservations before the published deadline, you will automatically be entered in our Early Bird Raffle. Five (5) $100 prizes will be awarded the evening of the event.

All proceeds from the event go towards the ministry and future growth of Saint John's. Thank you in advance for your generosity as always.

The planning committee meets every second Tuesday of the month and is always looking for additional people to help plan and deliver yet another evening of fun and fellowship to raise money for our church.
